This First 25.7 was delivered late 2004 to Lake Windermere, purchased on brokerage by the current owner in early Summer 2007, moved to Oban from Windermere by road 30th July 2007. Upgraded Navigation Equipment, fitted radio and antenna etc at this time for Coastal use. Berthed in Oban Marina since then, stored ashore with mast removed November 2007 until April 2008. No known defects, all items on 2007 survey were rectified at time of purchase.

"WELSH WITCH" CENTRE COCKPIT CRUISER. The Oceanis 36CC in our opinion is probably the most user friendly design of this size for a centre cockpit yacht that you could find. Nowhere will you find a deeper more secure cockpit with the controls in the right place. Below, the accommodation arrangement is excellent throughout, as is the headroom. She has been carefully equipped, nicely updated, including 2007 sails and 2008 rigging, and maintained to a very high standard, with a full service history for the last five years in her present ownership. Unfortunately the vendor gets little chance to use her so she is sadly for sale. Well worth viewing!!

"SAE SOS" AFT COCKPIT IN-MAST FURLING SLOOP. The Oceanis 351 is a really well thought out family cruising yacht. During the time they were in production the 351's were the best selling 35 footers in the UK. The combination of excellent accommodation, practical deck layout and ease of handling makes them an ideal cruising yacht. Sae Ros is in her third ownership and is a much loved and pampered family cruiser with a huge sail away inventory but unfortunately is being sold as the vendor is unable to sail her due to health reasons.A lovely boat and well worth viewing!!
