Owner?s comments: She was bought for personal use by a retired couple and completely refit and transformed over a period of five years. The interior which was designed by the first owner(a marine stylist) bears no comparison with classic Gin Fizz. Daewoo engine installed in 2000 with unusual ease of access. makes working on the engine much easier than the standard one. Broker?s comments: Good example of Gin Fizz. Well maintained.

Designed by Tony Castro, she is able either to reach good ranking in regattas or to face blue water cruises needs. "Elodie" comes in fin keel owner's version (two cabins). Teak interior woodwork testify the high-standard build and finishing, heritage from traditional sailing yachts. Very well serviced and cared, "Elodie" is in very good condition, ready to sail again. Hull test with Tramex (june 2008) : hull dry.
