A well appointed, comfortable cruising yacht with very spacious accommodation finished in mahogany below decks and a large cockpit, ideal for Mediterranean sailing. The spacious cockpit works well in the Mediterranean, benefiting from the large bimini which provides shade for the helm as well as the crew. The helmsman?s seat folds down allowing easy access for stern-to mooring and swimming. There is an owner?s cabin forward with ensuite toilet and shower and two good sized cabins aft, sharing a second heads. The saloon provides ample seating around the large table, which also converts to a good double berth. Saraband has been with Top Yacht since new, has been maintained carefully according to the manufacturer?s recommendations throughout her life and is in outstanding condition. The hull has been treated with A-Glaze polymer. She is well equipped with instrumentation and has a very complete and up-to-date domestic inventory for 8 people

Beneteau FIRST 25.7

Engine serviced April 2008, impeller changed and main fuel filter drain and inspection. Lifting keel mechanism lubricated April 2008, International VC17 antifouling applied April 2008. This First 25.7 was delivered late 2004 to Lake Windermere, purchased on brokerage by the current owner in early Summer 2007, moved to Oban from Windermere by road 30th July 2007. Upgraded Navigation Equipment, fitted radio and antenna etc at this time for Coastal use. Berthed in Oban Marina since then, stored ashore with mast removed November 2007 until April 2008. No known defects, all items on 2007 survey were rectified at time of purchase.
