In the current four year ownership this boat has been systematically upgraded and improved. She has all the equipment needed to live aboard for extended blue water cruising, and her bullet proof steel construction gives her the ability to go anywhere in safety. Steel single chine professionally built in Virginia USA in 1980, launched in 1986 Entire hull epoxy paint protected. Below waterline is additionally protected by three coats of vinyl paint(1998). Antifouled 2006. Topsides and deck repainted 2006. Woodwork revarnished 2005/6 Entire hull is insulated to the waterline with 2" foam eliminating condensation and giving excellent thermal insulation. Perkins 4.108 51 hp diesel engine, professionally serviced April 06 and May 07. Full canvas cockpit enclosure Bimini, Dodgers, Windbreaks. "Compass" underbed system (Nov 04) 2 Mattresses, new July 05 and April 06. 2 Stainless steel water tanks(190 litres each) underneath each settee berth (port tank replaced 2005). Bulkhead mounted Bengco charcoal heater (Nov.04); Major overhaul in 2005 new shower drainage installed, replumbed with new accumulator, new taps and plumbing.
