This is a unique opportunity to acquire a traditionally styled centre cockpit yacht with good sea keeping qualities, high specification and modern equipment. This included the hull being sandblasted and epoxy treated, topsides and superstructure repainted and all external woodwork replaced or revarnished. Many fixtures and fittings were also replaced along with the masts, booms, furling systems, rigging, sails, electrical and gas installations, instrumentation, engine, water and fuel tanks, shaft, propeller, windows, pushpit, pulpit and rubbing strake. In addition she has been updated with a holding tank, bowthruster and electric windlass fitted and her interior has had new upholstery, curtains, headlinings, furniture, cooker and sink.

In late 2006 CARITAS was offered to us for sale by her then owners. She was in particularly good condition having been carefully maintained and updated, we sold her to the present owner very quickly.
