"SCANDAR" AFT COCKPIT, FIN & SKEG BLUE WATER CRUISER WITH SIX BERTH EX SALOON & BERMUDAN CUTTER RIG. Scandar is a custom built blue water cruiser taken off a Ted Hood design from ex Tyler moulds. She was completed to a very high standard by her owner and has proved herself well by sailing some 25,000 miles of blue water since then. She has cruised to Norway, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and had a three year tour of the Atlantic islands including Trinidad and the other Caribbean islands. Scandar has a well thought out layout both above and below decks with plenty of stowage, wide decks and a deep bilge.
